Job Summary
Drive team growth across multiple areas by owning significantly sized accounts and exceeding revenue targets through insightful, value-added solutions. Proactively identify new revenue opportunities, develop commercial offerings, and apply consultative problem-solving to address growth barriers while implementing their solutions. Lead client engagements to deliver actionable insights on healthcare professional and patient behaviors, leveraging IQVIA data to support complex business issues. Mentor senior talent, coach future leaders, and share expertise to ensure clear growth pathways. Contribute to marketplace awareness through speaking engagements, client meetings, and publications.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder
- 15+ years' experience in life sciences or healthcare consulting
- Expertise in primary market research methodologies and delivery processes
- Proven seller of complex engagements to the top Pharma/Life Sciences companies
- An established leader, typically of multiple or significantly sized teams, with a record of management and people development
- An expert in the identified teams' solutions, that can produce new and creative ideas
- A successful mentor, talent retainer and confident leader that can enable creativity in others
