Integrated Projects Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of complex ACIAR and DFAT funded programs within a collaborative, high-performing team. Support tender, technical and financial proposal development including budget formulation and handovers. Provide project administration, reporting, documentation and secretariat support to ensure compliance with methodologies and stakeholder requirements. Engage with diverse domestic and international stakeholders to support continuous improvement. Based at the St Lucia campus with flexible and hybrid working options.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Demonstrated experience providing project coordination and/or administrative support, ideally within international development or a related sector
- Developing understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
- Strong time management skills with ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Advanced written and oral communication skills with confidence engaging domestic and international stakeholders
- Experience supporting stakeholder engagement across government, donors, academic and industry partners
- Advanced capability in Excel and project management tools such as Smartsheet
Desired Qualifications
