Integrated Product Team Lead

Job Summary

Execute and improve program cadence and actionable metrics to increase build throughput for the NASAMS Launcher Product Line. Partner with internal factories, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to achieve program commitments while managing financial, technical, and schedule performance within contractual boundaries. Directly support the entire financial cadence, including risk and opportunity processes, and lead matrix team development through influence and communication. Interface with USG and foreign customers, PMOs, and leadership to ensure deliverables and reporting meet company expectations using tools like EVMS, IPDS, and PRISM. Manage proposals, appropriations requests, and strategic planning to optimize product line affordability and continuous production.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Active and existing security clearance
  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
  • Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, one of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, and/or administrative functions
  • Experience supporting, managing, tracking, and/or reporting through EAC review and customer Program Management Reviews (PMR) or similar metrics
  • Prior Program/Project Management experience specifically with cost, schedule, and technical performance
  • Prior Production experience
  • Program Management Level 6 Certification
  • Onsite role in Andover, MA

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and start-up packages for management review and approval
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functional disciplines, manage multiple tasks, requirements and commitments and interface successfully with numerous stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a strong understanding or risk & opportunity management and mitigation/capture best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
