Job Summary

Lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) for Nacelle within the MSEN Engineering organization, driving part-level ownership, technical execution, risk management, and budget alignment from validation through senior-level delivery. Act as the primary IPT accountability for program requirements, oversee IPT financial allocations and project timelines, monitor technical and business metrics, and present to customers, SIPT, and IPMT. Provide technical support for validation engine builds and engine testing, including leading Nacelle Air Leakage Checks with the customer. Travel up to 15% (Domestic and International).

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
