Job Summary
Meet contractual commitments for assigned programs by reporting business metrics, managing Estimates At Complete, and ensuring technical subsystem requirements are achieved. Design, develop, integrate, test, verify, qualify, and deliver systems that comply with performance requirements while communicating program status to leadership and the customer community. As a member of the Program Leadership Team, develop execution strategies, identify and mitigate risks, and provide mentoring to team members. Work onsite in Ft. Wayne, IN, with approximately 10% travel, reporting to a salary range of $107,500–$204,500 USD. This role supports Raytheon's Advanced Products & Solutions business unit in delivering mission equipment to government entities.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in Program Management and/or IPT execution within the Defense Industry
- Experience leading cross-functional teams within the Defense Industry that includes two or more disciplines in Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, and/or administrative functions
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), or Risk and Opportunity Management
- Ability to obtain special program access after start
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with leading development and maintenance activities across multiple program sites
- Experience with Supplier Management
- Experience with leading Systems, Hardware or Software Engineering Teams
- Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management tools, preferably Jira
- Excellent presentation and proposal skills
- Experience in the Electronic Warfare domain
