Job Summary
Own the day-to-day social production process across a portfolio of up to 9 brands, managing scheduling and workflow to keep high-volume content moving through the pipeline. Traffic assets across internal creative/strategy teams, brand stakeholders, and external creators, ensuring every asset is routed, reviewed, and delivered on spec and on time. Collect, synthesize, and distribute creative feedback between brand/strategy stakeholders and the creative team, translating notes into clear, actionable direction. Build, organize, and manage a roster of social creators and makers, including outreach, onboarding, and day-to-day relationship management. Own contract execution and tracking for all creators/makers on the roster, partnering with legal/finance as needed to keep agreements current and compliant. Manage budget tracking across the creator/maker roster and broader social production, flagging overages and reconciling spend against project budgets. Source and book locations, food stylists, and videographers for local NYC-based shoots, while managing budgets, contracts, and payment for vendors. Schedule and assure project flow for preproduction, day-of logistics, and postproduction. Maintain organized asset libraries, project trackers, and status reports, keeping stakeholders informed at every stage of production. Proactively identify bottlenecks in the content pipeline and problem-solve in real time to keep high-volume social production on track.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in social media production, content operations, or integrated production, ideally across multiple brands or accounts
- Proven ability to manage high-volume content pipelines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
- Located within commuting distance to NYC
- Strong organizational skills; comfortable prioritizing and trafficking assets across multiple brands and workstreams at once
- A sharp eye for social creative, with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback to creators/makers and the internal creative team
- Experience managing creator, influencer, or maker rosters, including contracting, budget tracking, and relationship management; across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Solid communicator who can collect, synthesize, and distribute feedback between strategy, creative, and external partners
- Comfortable partnering directly with creative and strategy teams to keep deliverables on time and on spec; familiarity with organic and paid social workflows and platform specs/requirements
- If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week
Desired Qualifications
- Basic video editing or content trafficking skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
- An understanding of AI platforms and their use within creative executions
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar)
