Job Summary
Lead integrated planning for complex life sciences initiatives by coordinating engineering, operations, and project management to align delivery, develop integrated schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Facilitate planning workshops, review timelines, identify opportunities to improve delivery approaches, and collaborate with stakeholders to support consistent project execution. Requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, clear communication, and the ability to work independently within a site-based manufacturing environment.
