Job Summary
Interface with Program Leadership, Factory Production Control, and cross-functional teams to coordinate schedule changes and manage MSALT exceptions. Run Kinaxis simulations, analyze material data, and develop strategic mitigation plans to address production demand profiles and internal constraints. Maintain MRP health, coordinate PRISM setups, and support engineering efforts for program laboratories while ensuring data integrity for audit compliance. Provide process oversight for near-term and mid-term plans, manage inventory, and prepare briefing materials for customer meetings.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, operations, or analytics
- Experience planning, controlling and directing activities and resources
- Experience with complex systems and processes
- Filtering and distilling relevant information from complex datasets into simple messages
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in material planning and/or procurement role
- Experience in ITAR rules and regulations
- Experience with SAP systems or other ERP systems
- Experience with Government and Depot type processes
- Experience reading and evaluating lists of parts required for production work and working with a production planning system
