Job Summary
Integrated Planner defines and executes short-term production schedules and supply plans using tools like Excel, SAP, and OMP. The role interfaces with procurement, demand planning, manufacturing, logistics, materials handling, engineers, and sales to optimize asset utilization, control inventory, and minimize product transitions, while developing planning strategy, maintaining master data, and analyzing S&OP/S&OE metrics. Proven ability to model scenarios, communicate planning strategy, and improve planning models and tools is required.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field of study.
- Minimum two years of experience with MRP II principles and concepts; Integrated Business Planning routines; Supply Chain processes; general Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience with Statistical Analysis (hypothesis testing, regression, or design of experiments); and Mathematical Modeling (simulation or optimization).
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft applications required.
- Experience with SAP and planning and scheduling software preferred.
