Job Summary
Serves as the focal point of contact with the customer and leads Framatome employees assigned to outage activities. Directs planning, scheduling, cost estimates, and procurement while monitoring progress, identifying problems, and revising schedules and budgets. Coordinates operations and maintenance activities during the outage, oversees ALARA program implementation, and assesses the adequacy of planning documents and systems. Requires a Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience, advanced technical knowledge, and strong communication skills. Based in Lynchburg, Virginia, with a salary range of $133,000 to $181,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Basic contractual requirement knowledge
- Advanced technical knowledge of processes, equipment and product lines
- Excellent communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data
- Displays leadership characteristics and mentors less experienced team members
- Exhibits questioning attitude and practices self-checking
