Job Summary
Integrated MH Therapist II/III or Licensed role in Sea Mar Behavioral Health Department. Provides brief, strength-based, solution-focused mental health services to adults, children, and families within a medical clinic setting, including diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, crisis/referal coordination, and case management. Responsibilities include psychoeducational topics (suicide risk assessment, behavior modification), staff education on mental health service referrals, documentation in patient charts, and coordination with the medical care team. Requires Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work and an active WA State license (or license-eligible). Bilingual candidates in English/Spanish are highly preferred. Salary depends on level (II/III/Licensed) and benefits accompany full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work (or equivalent)
- Active WA State Agency Affiliated Counselor License or mental health Associate License (may be pending up to 60 days)
- 1-3 years of experience for IMHT II (or similar) or 3+ years for IMHT III; experience could be before/after Master's
- Must be able to provide diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and case management; strong documentation skills
