Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for pediatric patients and families, utilizing evidence-based tools to develop treatment plans addressing developmental, psychological, and social challenges. Collaborate with primary care providers, physicians, schools, and community agencies to coordinate care across the continuum while connecting families to external services addressing social determinants of health. Manage cases involving trauma, environmental safety, child abuse, grief, and behavior management within a day shift Monday through Friday schedule at Woodcreek Pediatrics.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) OR a Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
- Licensed in the State of Washington with one of these credentials (must obtain licensure within six months of hire date): Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), SW Independent Clinical Lic (LICSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Minimum three (3) years post MSW/MA Hospital or equivalent experience
- BLS - Basic Life Support (includes RQI)

- Leadership experience preferred
