Integrated Mental Health Provider - Pediatrics

Integrated Mental Health Provider (MB) collaborates with primary care to engage pediatric patients and families in behavioral health interventions. Conducts comprehensive assessments using evidence-based tools to create behavioral health care plans targeting developmental, psychological, and social problems impacting children. Develops treatment plans addressing mental health concerns, trauma, environmental and caregiver safety, child abuse and neglect, grief and loss, behavior management and parenting skills. Connects families with community services addressing social determinants of health and partners with physicians, schools, law enforcement, Children’s Administration and other providers to ensure coordinated care across the health care continuum. Requires Master’s degree (MSW or MA in related field) and Washington licensure within six months; licensure options include LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT. Minimum three years post-master’s experience in hospital or equivalent setting; BLS required (includes RQI). Pay range provided reflects organization’s compensation framework.
