Integrated Medical Clinical Nurse - (Part-Time) Days or Nights

Provides direct patient care across the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) within standards of care; promotes patient- and family-centered care, educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care; contributes to patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; develops, implements, and documents individualized plans of care with the interprofessional team and families; assesses physical, psychosocial, emotional needs and respects diverse values and needs; participates in professional development and moves along the BJC RN Career Ladder with corresponding pay progression; role supports 2-12 hour shifts, including days/nights and rotating weekends/holidays; safety-sensitive position.
