Job Summary
Integrated Media Planner responsible for researching, developing and presenting media plans across traditional and digital channels (television, radio, print, digital, programmatic, mobile, social) and managing campaign execution and optimizations across self-service platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, The Trade Desk). Lead in campaign reviews, negotiate rates and sponsorships, present to clients, and collaborate with research/account teams to drive strategy, goals, and measurement. Requires 3-5 years agency experience in media planning/buying, a bachelor’s degree, strong presentation and leadership abilities, and proficiency with Google Suite and media tools. The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with remote work available on Fridays and can be based out of Denver or Colorado Springs office locations; compensation range is $62,000–$75,000 per year with benefits including 401k, health/dental/vision, disability, PTO, and education reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of agency experience in media planning and buying, including digital and/or paid social
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills and style
- Ability to manage people and projects smoothly and efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating energy and passion for the work
- Effective problem-solver and generator of innovative solutions
- Versed in applicable software and technology platforms
- Proficient in Google Suite applications and media research/planning tools
