Integrated Master Scheduler

Job Summary
Develop and maintain program and project schedules for assigned C-130J FMS projects, integrating multiple schedules into higher-level models reflecting program interdependencies. Collaborate with Logistics, Engineering, and Program Management teams to plan, manage, and coordinate project execution, including schedule risk analysis, building outcome projections, and developing reports for stakeholders. Attend recurring program meetings, support Program Management Reviews, and communicate findings through briefings and written documentation. Gather program information, conduct analyses, and establish schedule databases while applying scheduling software expertise to visualize milestones and decision points. Work independently with minimal supervision to integrate disparate activities across functional disciplines for technical and acquisition efforts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience directly related to the position
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, management, business administration or related field
- Must possess a Secret security clearance or higher
- Experience in DoD or USAF organizations creating schedules for acquisition and logistics/maintenance functions
- Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Project, Powerpoint, Excel and Word
- Knowledge of current USAF acquisition processes, milestones, policies and procedures
- Understanding of interrelationships between acquisition activities, program documentation and program milestones
- Experience supporting DoD ACAT I/II/III acquisition programs
- Candidate must possess the ability to work well as part of a team and with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel out of local area 5-10% of calendar year if needed
