Job Summary
Integrated Master Scheduler to support Program and Regional Leadership with coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring effective communication. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project schedules using project management software, coordinating activities/resources across departments, monitoring timelines and milestones, flagging delays or conflicts, creating and maintaining project documentation, organizing meetings (agendas/minutes), tracking milestones, communicating status to team members and stakeholders, maintaining documentation in ServiceNow and other tools, and supporting development of integrated master schedules, reports, and presentations. Requires Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 7+ years of experience, and TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance; strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and ServiceNow Project & Portfolio Management and Microsoft Project.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of work related experience
- TS/SCI with Poly required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Proficiency in Service Now Project and Portfolio Management and Microsoft Project
