Job Summary
Develop quarterly and annual regional marketing plans aligned with global strategy while executing integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive visitor acquisition and membership growth. Manage campaign rollouts, budgets, and timelines across multiple markets, leveraging AI tools to optimize content creation and workflow efficiency. Coordinate with country teams, Global Marketing, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and measure performance against KPIs for continuous improvement. This hands-on role requires 20% strategic planning and 80% execution within a full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- Business-level English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within a regional or multi-country environment
- Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong experience across digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and event marketing
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and supporting distributed regional teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM and email marketing platforms, CMS, and AI-powered marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven recommendations
- Experience supporting both corporate and franchise business models
- Regional APAC marketing experience
- Experience managing external agencies, creative partners, and vendors
- Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, and marketing performance analytics
