Job Summary

Integrated Marketing & Events Lead to own Steadily’s events, community, social, employer brand, and field marketing programs. Responsible for 70+ annual events across consumer and B2B channels, building community with landlords and independent agents, creating social-first content, and connecting field activity to business results. Lead logistics end-to-end for event materials, manage budgets and vendors, and run comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns that tie field activity, community, social, employer brand, and storytelling into cohesive go-to-market efforts. Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and requires strong operational execution, creative storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, partnerships, customer success, recruiting, product marketing, and leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, events, field marketing, community marketing, social media, influencer marketing, employer brand, customer marketing, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience executing high-volume event programs across B2B, consumer, partner, recruiting, or community channels
  • Strong community-building instincts with experience creating programs that drive audience engagement and participation
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, especially for social, events, community recaps, employee stories, customer stories, and campaigns
  • Comfort creating, filming, and editing authentic social content in the field while leveraging social editing tools like Canva, Capcut, or Riverside to produce fully finished content assets
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Experience working with sales, partnerships, customer success, recruiting, product marketing, creative, and leadership
  • Strong ownership, urgency, and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
  • Analytical judgment and comfort connecting marketing programs to business outcomes
