Job Summary
Coordinate US marketing strategy by translating global vision into locally resonant campaigns across residences, department stores, ecommerce, and professional networks. Maintain the marketing calendar to track product launches, events, and key deliverables while managing brand guidelines, assets, and compliance. Support event logistics for client webinars, in-store activations, and partner summits, overseeing operational elements like shipments, samples, and inventory. Compile departmental reporting on performance data, ROI, and trends to assist leadership decision-making. Assist with commercial inquiries, budgeting, and competitive research audits. Report to the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager within the NYC team as Biologique Recherche US scales its omnichannel presence.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years in marketing, communications, public relations within a CPG organization
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with multiple team members, stakeholders and leaders comfortably
- Proven track record of working in fast-paced and dynamic environments with a high level of autonomy & ownership
- Proficient in various computer programs, software, and applications, including 365/Office, Salesforce, Adobe suite, CRM programs
