Job Summary
Integrated Logistics Support Officer responsible for leading and supporting the development and execution of ILS plans and analyses to improve asset maintainability, availability and life-cycle cost. Activities include conducting lifecycle and disposal analyses, performing LSA tasks such as Functional Analysis; FMEA; RAM; Level of Repair Analysis; Maintenance Task Analysis and Sparing Analysis; determining required spares; creating Maintenance Plans, Preventive/Corrective Maintenance Schedules and Provisioning Data; managing LSAR data; and collaborating with engineering, procurement and service delivery to optimize support for ships and systems. Requires experience with logistics software, strong documentation review, and the ability to work across offices and with ship staff, while complying with security and regulatory requirements. English essential, French desirable; willingness for occasional travel and hybrid work arrangement in Canada across Ottawa, Halifax, and Victoria.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree or Technologist diploma in mechanical, electrical, electronic, industrial, reliability or naval engineering
- Five years or more experience conducting Logistics Support Analysis in maintenance and supply support of complex systems or equipment
