Job Summary
Integrated Logistics Support Manager role leading functional logistics for DoD programs in the Beavercreek, OH area. Develop and execute life-cycle product support, RAM analyses, provisioning, and obsolescence management; oversee FRACAS and sustainment engineering tasks; contribute to proposal development with BOEs/LOEs/ODCs; coordinate with engineering, configuration management, and operations to integrate sustainment requirements into system design and fielding; deliver sustainment data reporting (CDRLs, maintenance plans, PBLM) and oversee KPIs for logistics performance; anticipate 10–20% travel for meetings and reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of logistics or product support management experience
- U.S. Citizen; Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI access
- Minimum 4 years leading multidisciplinary teams including logistics, systems engineering, supply chain, and test personnel
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DoD acquisition frameworks
- Experience developing Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), supportability analyses, and logistics portions of DoD proposals
- Demonstrated application of Integrated Product Support Elements (Maintenance Planning, Supply Support, Technical Data, Support Equipment, Training, Product Support Management) in DoD programs
- Experience with DoD proposals, provisioning, and sustainment data reporting (CDRLs, maintenance planning reports, PBLM)
- Experience with obsolescence management and DMSMS activities
- Experience coordinating with engineering, configuration management, and operations to integrate sustainment requirements
- Travel: approximately 10–20% for customer meetings, test events, and program execution
