Job Summary
Manage and lead the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team for programs in both development and sustainment while leading proposal activities for cost and technical volumes. Work with engineering disciplines and program management to solve logistics-related technical problems, provide design influence for supportability early in development, and deliver customer interface support. Review program and customer requirements to identify areas where the team can support customer goals, then generate and present customer-level briefings. This role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and is onsite in Marlborough, MA. Required Qualifications
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Active and existing security clearance
- Experience in Logistics Engineering disciplines
- Proposal Lead / Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead experience
- Detailed knowledge of ILS concepts – Logistics Support, Technical Manual/Training Material Development, Reliability/Maintainability, FRACA, Safety/Human Factors Engineering
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Must be available for weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification
- Basis of Estimate (BOE) development certification
- Program Management Certification (Level 7, Level 6)
