Job Summary
Senior Integrated Logistics ERP Solution Architect leading deployment and stabilization of the ERP Core Solution global template within Airbus North America, acting as a functional expert for end-to-end logistics deployment (Warehouse Management, Distribution, Transport) with responsibilities spanning digital operations, L3 support, backlog management, global roll-outs, and ongoing modernization of the Integrated Logistics product/service; requires managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with group standards, and guiding deployment activities, user training, and post-deployment incident handling while leveraging SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM/WM/eWM, MES, and Delmia Apriso expertise to optimize the Dock-to-Stock and Stock-to-Station flows.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 10 years of experience in application development and support in a manufacturing environment
- At least 10 years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least 2–5 years of experience in people management (or equivalent proven records within a project organization)
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs (e.g., ARP, S/4HANA migration)
- Strong understanding of Airbus IM standards, project/services methodologies, and procedures
