Job Summary
Customer Onboarding Engineer role in Bielany Wroclawskie, Poland, drives onboarding of new customers by defining operational processes aligned with customer sales/ops workflows and Kuehne+Nagel Blueprint. Leads workshops, communicates requirements to cross-functional teams, analyzes customer requirements for scalable, long-term efficiency, and proactively mitigates onboarding risks. Must have senior-level experience in logistics or similar operational environment, strong problem-solving, documentation, and process-configuration skills, and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred; up to 25% travel and a valid driver’s license.
