Job Summary
Translate complex market, commercial, and global data into actionable recommendations by serving as the primary insights partner to Therapeutic Area and Value & Access teams. Define key questions and drive hypothesis-driven analytics to uncover underlying drivers, shaping brand planning and execution strategies with evidence-based guidance. Own performance dashboards and KPI definitions while developing market models, forecasts, and lifecycle analyses to inform leadership decisions. Leverage digital tools, Power BI, and AI-driven approaches to enhance insight generation, ensuring compliance with research standards and data governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or Market Research
- fluency in English and the local language
- several years of experience in insights, analytics, or commercial strategy roles in healthcare
- Proven experience in integrated insights, market research, or business analytics
- strong knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare environments
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights
- Experience with performance dashboards, KPIs, and tools such as Power BI
- Knowledge of market modeling, forecasting, and lifecycle analysis
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders and drive data-driven decision-making
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Experience integrating diverse data sources and translating them into clear business recommendations
