Integrated Facilities Manager (Boon Lay)

Job Summary
Oversee all mechanical and electrical systems at SJ Campus, including preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting faults, and leading restoration efforts to minimize downtime. Manage day-to-day delivery of soft services such as cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste management, and security through scheduled site inspections and coordination of ad-hoc requirements. Lead a team of M&E executives and technicians while developing training on safety and technical skills, ensuring adequate manpower and performance evaluation. Ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements including fire codes, BCA regulations, and energy codes by coordinating inspections, audits, and certification renewals. Plan and execute M&E upgrade projects, manage vendor performance and procurement processes, and monitor utilities consumption to support sustainability goals. Maintain accurate asset registers and prepare periodic management reports covering KPIs, incidents, and improvement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Fire Safety and Workplace Safety & Health or its equivalent
- At least 5-8 years' experience in relevant FM work experience
- Recognized certificate in Fire Safety or equivalent and successful registration with Singapore Civil Defense Force as qualified Senior Fire Safety Manager
- Experience in preventive facility management

- An initiative self-starter who is comfortable working independently with limited oversight and direction, strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in standard business applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally, a certified Process Green Mark Facilities Manager and Water Efficiency Manager
