Job Summary
Integrated Exchange Director (Offline) leads offline media planning and investment for a strategic Nestlé client partnership. Responsibilities include acting as senior day-to-day client contact, guiding offline media strategies across TV, OOH, Radio, Print and other channels, lead annual offline media planning and investment discussions, translating objectives into effective offline media strategies, presenting campaign results and investment reviews, monitoring performance, driving efficiency, and collaborating with investment teams and marketplace partners. Requires 10+ years of offline media planning/buying or client leadership, strong channel expertise, stakeholder management, English fluency, and demonstrated ability to manage large-scale media investments. The role operates in a hybrid model with teams in-office roughly four days per week in Istanbul, Turkey.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in media planning, buying or client leadership
- Strong expertise in offline media planning and investment management
- Proven experience managing large-scale media investments
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Knowledge of TV, OOH, Radio and Print ecosystems
- Ability to lead offline media strategy and investment discussions
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with broadcasters and marketplace partners
- Experience negotiating and planning investments across diverse media channels
