Job Summary
Integrated Construction Technology Specialist on a North Vancouver project. Builds, reviews, or validates virtual models from plans and elevations; develops construction-site logistics models; coordinates trade detailing and design deliverables; works with the project team to leverage VDC tools during pursuit; collaborates with estimating on model compliance; reviews BIM execution plans and contracts; coordinates RFIs and promotes adoption of virtual construction tools among project staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or 2-year certificate in a buildings-industry related discipline (e.g., architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC), civil, architectural).
- 2 to 4 years of construction-related experience, including 1 to 2 years of Virtual Design and Construction-related experience.
