Job Summary
Integrated Construction Coordinator I responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating VDC processes across construction phases, utilizing BIM/VDC tools (BIM/VDC software, 3D visualization, 4D planning) to analyze and resolve field coordination issues, serve as point of contact for construction team on VDC processes, document workflow improvements, participate in Mortenson’s Integrated Delivery Advancement Team, and support daily work planning. Requires an Associate or Bachelor’s in Construction/ Civil/ Architectural Engineering or related field, BIM/VDC training, detail orientation, understanding of construction law, intermediate MS Office and web tools, customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license. Salary range $76,600–$95,800 with location-based variations; visa sponsorship not offered; on-site role in Rayville, LA.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field
- Completion of beginner or intermediate level of BIM/VDC software training
- Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks
- Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
- Microsoft Office, project and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level
- Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies
- Previous related internship experience a plus
- Current driver’s license
