Job Summary
Conduct assessments, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, case management, crisis work, and aftercare planning for assigned clients. Collaborate with the treatment team on progress and needs, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and meet weekly productivity targets while managing a full caseload. Provide on-call coverage rotation for weekends and transport clients as needed for case management duties. Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, attend staff meetings and supervision, and ensure all licensure and training remain current. Uphold client confidentiality and ethical standards while supporting other staff members as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
- Valid Ohio LSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychology license
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record that meets the underwriting criteria of the Agency's insurance company
- Reliable personal transportation
- Sensitivity in relating to persons of varying backgrounds
- Ability to work with diverse groups of people possessing various strengths, aptitudes and abilities
- Ability to perform job responsibilities with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Agency computer systems and software to perform essential job functions
- Culturally competent knowledge of diagnostic assessment
- Culturally competent knowledge of treatment planning
- Culturally competent knowledge of family systems
- Culturally competent knowledge of systems and methods in family therapy
- Culturally competent knowledge of group therapy
- Culturally competent knowledge of child and adolescent psychotherapy
- Demonstrated clinical experience in chemical dependency treatment
- Experience with children, adolescents, and families
- Knowledge of Juvenile Justice System
- Knowledge of Youth Mental Health System
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Doctoral degree in Psychology
- Demonstrated clinical experience in chemical dependency treatment
