Job Summary
Integrated Campus Project Manager role for Black & Veatch, serving as a Project Management Consultant providing Owner’s Representative project management for complex energy and mission-critical infrastructure programs. This home-office anchored role leads coordination, governance, and decision support across a portfolio of projects, with targeted on-site engagement during key execution phases. Responsibilities include overseeing scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and safety; coordinating interfaces across power generation, electrical infrastructure, and mission-critical facilities; supporting integrated delivery across EPCs, OEMs, and contractors; forging executive-level reporting and insights; and guiding commissioning, turnover, and transition to operations. Key skills include strategic advisory capability, program controls, integrated master schedules, risk management, change management, commercial alignment, and strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution across multi-project portfolios.
Required Qualifications
- Mega-project execution in large energy infrastructure

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline OR 15+ years of equivalent field experience in complex infrastructure project execution

- Demonstrated experience in Owner’s Representative, PMC, or client-side program roles
