Job Summary
Integrated Business Planning Manager responsible for the enterprise IBP framework design, governance, and monthly cadence, acting as the enterprise process owner across demand, supply, and finance to deliver a single integrated plan to executive leadership. Leads end-to-end IBP cycle (demand, supply, financial reconciliation, and executive review), facilitates cross-functional trade-offs, and defines enterprise forecast standards. Oversees root-cause analysis for forecast reliability, reconciles operational plans with the financial plan of record, translates operational scenarios into financial implications, and consolidates risks and opportunities into forward-looking views. Enables executive IBP reviews with an enterprise-level narrative and aligns assumptions across Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance. Drives planning capability by advancing IBP tools and partnering with IT and Finance, while coaching planning partners on IBP discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, supply chain, or planning within a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience leading or materially supporting a monthly IBP or S&OP process, including executive reviews
- Strong understanding of forecasting, planning systems, ERP/MRP environments, and master scheduling principles
- Proven ability to influence across functions without direct authority
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive facilitation skills
