Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager

Job Summary

Develop and maintain a consensus demand plan integrating statistical forecasting, historical trends, and commercial inputs to align demand, supply, and financial objectives. Lead the monthly S&OP/IBP process by establishing review cadences, translating complex upstream inputs into actionable planning outputs, and managing the conversion of project backlog into executable revenue plans. Own forecast accuracy and bias performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain. Incorporate supply-side constraints including long-lead components and internal capacity to highlight imbalances and prioritize decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve trade-offs, evaluate revenue attainment risks, and develop contingency plans for critical supplier and schedule risks. Support a rolling 12–18 month planning horizon within a project-based manufacturing environment, leveraging Anaplan and ERP systems to provide visibility into key metrics and trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University with emphasis in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Program Management, or related field in a make to order manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading or supporting S&OP / IBP processes project-driven manufacturing environment
  • Experience in a manufacturing or project-based / make-to-order environment
  • Proven ability to translate complex, cross-functional inputs into actionable plans
  • Experience influencing executive leadership and leading cross-functional business reviews
  • Demonstrated leader with strong strategic and operational skills to lead transformational change
  • Experience leveraging demand planning and ERP systems (Anaplan, JobBoss, SAP, Oracle or similar)
  • Inventory management knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Proven ability to influence and lead in a matrix organization
  • Ability to perform scenario modeling and evaluate trade-offs across service, cost, and inventory
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Experience with data extraction, cleansing, and manipulation across multiple systems
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Results-driven with a high level of accountability and ownership
  • Knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain
  • Ability to travel as needed (domestic/international)

Desired Qualifications

  • APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP) or in the progress of obtaining APICS Basic Certification
  • Experience in a manufacturing or project-based / make-to-order environment preferred
  • Experience managing complex project portfolios, backlog conversion, and capacity planning strongly preferred
