Job Summary
Integrated Business Development Manager role within Maersk focusing on Retail, Lifestyle, and Technology sectors. Drive new business growth by building and executing targeted account strategies, maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline (3–6x coverage) through proactive hunting, and prospecting. Translate customer supply chain needs into tailored, value-driven end-to-end logistics solutions; own commercial discussions, negotiations, and closing of new business. Collaborate with internal CX, Product, and Operations teams to ensure delivery excellence, onboarding success, and long-term customer satisfaction. Continuously gather market intelligence to refine targeting and positioning; contribute to revenue growth, share of wallet, contract compliance, and customer onboarding. Success measures include new logos, pipeline value and conversion rate, revenue from new customers, and rapid onboarding of shipments.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Management with commercial exposure
- hunter sales mindset
- ability to grow Retail / Lifestyle / Technology customer base
- strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and customer solutioning
- excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
