Job Summary
Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling support services for a mixed caseload while assisting in treatment plan development. Conduct individual family assessments and consult with attending psychiatrists or medical directors regarding treatment plans and care objectives. Document interventions, provide referrals to outside resources, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team. Report to the Director of Social Services and maintain accountability for essential job functions. Requires Master's level licensure (LMSW, LMFT, or LPC) and crisis management certification. Full-time day shift with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's in Social Work
- independent licensure in LICSW
- LMFT with supervision ability
- LPC
- LGSW
- Current BLS certification
- Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards
- State-licensed required in the state in which facility resides
- 2-3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services
