Job Summary
Integrated Behavioral Health Therapist provides behavioral health services within an integrated primary care environment, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis intervention, care coordination, and patient/ caregiver education; 24 hours per week across three full days at Minnie Jones Health Center in Asheville, NC; requires a Master’s degree and licensure via LCSW or dual licensure (LCMHC and LCAS); works within a multidisciplinary team in a Federally Qualified Health Center with no weekends or holiday work.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work or clinical mental health counseling
- Fully licensed with LCSW or dually licensed with LCMHC and LCAS
- Experience providing behavioral health services in primary care, integrated care, and/or community health settings
- Experience functioning as a Behavioral Health Care Manager within the Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model (CoCM)
- Experience completing clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary and integrated care teams
