Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician - Primary Care

Job Summary
Conduct complex diagnostic clarification and assess medical and mental health comorbidities for primary care patients. Provide expert consultation within the health system and externally, delivering solution-focused interventions using modalities such as ACT, CBT, CBT-I, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. Meet with patients individually for assessments, offer recommendations to enhance care plans, and provide ongoing skills training and coaching when indicated. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, LMG providers, and community partners to facilitate referrals and ensure smooth transitions for patients requiring specialized services. Recognize and advocate for patients regarding behavioral health strategies to promote health behavior change through evaluation, brief intervention, and education.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Psychology (PhD or PsyD) degree from a nationally accredited institution, fulfilling the requirements for licensure in the state of Oregon and/or Washington
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience or healthcare related field
- Must hold a current valid Oregon and/or Washington License as Psychologist
