Job Summary
Conduct complex diagnostic clarification and assess medical and mental health comorbidities for primary care patients. Provide evidence-based interventions including ACT, CBT, CBT-I, and psychodynamic psychotherapy to address behavioral issues related to physical or mental health conditions. Deliver individual assessments, problem-focused interventions, and skills training to promote wellness and relieve symptoms. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and community partners to coordinate referrals and ensure smooth transitions for patients requiring services beyond the clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience or healthcare related field
- Doctor of Psychology (PhD or PsyD) degree from a nationally accredited institution, fulfilling the requirements for licensure in the state of Oregon and/or Washington
- Must hold a current valid Oregon and Washington License as Psychologist
