Job Summary
Plan and schedule work assignments, maintenance procedures, and workloads for integrated avionics systems. Analyze reports to determine specialist requirements and coordinate with Supply and Operations to resolve problems and improve procedures. Recommend corrective actions for inspection findings and repair issues across installation, calibration, modification, and overhaul activities. Supervise maintenance on avionics components and manage personnel management reports, including attendance and time sheets. Develop and improve work methods while directing functions such as testing and repair. This management role focuses on personnel issues within an ITAR approved program.
