Job Summary
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, modify, program, calibrate, and certify integrated avionics system components using manual test stations and specialized measuring equipment. Analyze performance, isolate malfunctions in airborne electronic equipment, and conduct disassembly, reassembly, alignment, and checkout of avionics components. Supervise intermediate-level integrated avionics activities and perform on-the-job training for assigned trainees. Document all maintenance actions per established procedures and order received parts. Required Qualifications
- minimum of five (5) year experience in RSAF AFSC 19672
- one (1) year at the seven (7) level as an F-15 Avionics Test Station and Component Specialist Technician
- Qualification as an F-15 Integrated Avionics Manual Test Station and Component Specialist
- experience in performing or supervising functions such as the repair, overhaul, or modification of integrated avionics equipment
- use and analysis of intermediate-level test equipment
