Job Summary
Lead integrated production projects from kickoff through delivery, developing scopes, schedules, budgets, and timelines while managing production partners, vendors, and logistics. Partner with Creative, Account, Business Affairs, Finance, and clients to oversee talent, contracts, and project documentation. Build budgets and source production resources to balance creative ambition with timelines and budgets, mentoring the in-house content production team and ensuring successful project closeout. Manage multi-day productions with six- and seven-figure budgets, including SAG-AFTRA work where applicable. This role is based in Boise, Idaho, with relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency or production experience
- Experience leading multi-day productions with six- and seven-figure budgets
- Strong knowledge of production and post-production workflows
- Identifies opportunities to improve production efficiency through emerging technology without compromising creative excellence
- Experience managing external production partners and vendors
- Exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAG-AFTRA productions and line producing is a plus
