Job Summary
Execute multi-disciplinary innovation and improvement projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resource constraints while leading project teams to deliver end-to-end processes. Resolve complex issues using creative methods and advanced planning techniques, applying PMBok and SAFe guidelines to drive tangible business benefits. Foster inclusive team environments by delegating tasks, motivating diverse members, and ensuring clear communication across all phases. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, incorporating customer feedback into project iterations to align on objectives. Document comprehensive project knowledge, capture lessons learned, and share expertise within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, Project and Program Management or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree
- Full-time presence in the company's facilities
- Working in-person at least 4 days per week
