Intake to Pay Senior Specialist

Job Summary
Provide second-line support to users and country teams on procurement processes and tools (Beeline, Zip, Coupa); act as a bridge between tool users, Global Process Owners and technical teams; support implementation and adoption of procurement tools; identify recurring issues and proactively improve processes and user experience; contribute to training materials, documentation and user guidance; support design and execution of controls and governance processes; produce and analyze reports to monitor compliance and risks; ensure consistent application of procurement processes across countries; support system enhancements, testing and change requests; contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in procurement / Procure-to-Pay processes
- Experience with Vendor Management System (VSM), ideally with Beeline
- Experience with Procurement Orchestration platform, ideally with ZIP
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform, ideally with Coupa
- Experience as system administrator or advanced user
- Strong analytical and system-thinking mindset
- Ability to understand end-to-end process implications
- English skills – spoken and written at fluent level
- Autonomous with strong delivery focus
- Proactive and improvement-driven
