Job Summary
Coordinate all aspects of the intake process including inquiry calls, phone screens, scheduling, and coordination to appropriate programs. Assess applicants' ability to live independently and evaluate special needs in health care, mental health, and addiction while making admission decisions in collaboration with program management. Maintain an atmosphere conducive to safety, dignity, and cleanliness in all intake spaces, including quarantine areas. Record, report, and maintain required pre-intake screening tools and statistical information into Clarity. Directly coordinate with mission programs, outside agencies, and volunteers to forge transparent and supportive relationships. Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Starting pay is $23.69 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a social services environment
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Have a License for at least one year
- No current suspensions or revocations
- At least 21 years of age
- Close vision
- Color vision
- Distance vision
- Depth perception
- Ability to adjust focus
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to pass a 4-panel drug screen
- Must be able to meet the standards of the Mission driver criteria required
