Job Summary

As an Intake Specialist, you will conduct client screenings, eligibility assessments for housing and supportive service programs, and manage data in HMIS. Responsibilities include completing intake documentation, tracking client services for reporting, facilitating client orientations, and collaborating with various teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of experience in a relevant field, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in data systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in social services, case management support, or intake coordination
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with homeless populations, veterans, or housing programs (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HMIS, data entry, and program reporting
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills
