Job Summary
Intake Specialist responsible for conducting intake interviews with clients, collecting and organizing required documentation, entering and maintaining accurate client information, explaining available services and eligibility requirements, following up on missing paperwork, and collaborating with the care team to ensure smooth onboarding. Must have strong communication and organizational skills, be comfortable speaking with people from diverse backgrounds, have basic computer skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prior office, intake, case management, or customer service experience is a plus.
