Field inbound calls from potential claimants to determine valid legal claims, answer questions, and explain necessary documents for representation. Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating required paperwork while following escalation processes. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and stay up to date with assigned training materials. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational certification
- Customer service experience
