Intake Specialist - FT Position Available!

Process all information requests and referrals for hospice services and facilitate timely patient admissions. Obtain medical records, physician orders, and necessary data to ensure appropriate service reimbursement and regulatory compliance. Maintain the current admission referral board, monitor referral status, and complete required data entry. Develop and promote positive relationships with referral sources, payers, and agency staff. Assist in creating intake and admission policies while participating in the QA/PI program as requested.
