Job Summary
Intake Specialist responsible for conducting comprehensive intake interviews, assessing case viability and urgency, documenting client information, identifying risk factors, coordinating consultations with attorneys and case managers, maintaining confidentiality, and managing follow-ups. Strong emphasis on listening, judgment, empathy, and clear client communication. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to serve a diverse client community. This is a client-facing, litigation-focused role in a Las Vegas-based firm.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in legal intake, case evaluation, or a high level customer engagement role
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess information quickly
- Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to remain composed during sensitive or emotional conversations
